In order to exist, objects must be fragile. This sounds obvious but when we think the deep ontological reasons why, it becomes quite mysterious. It turns out that objects are dying around us all the time, even as they give birth to other objects. An object’s sensuality is an elegy to its disappearance.
Timothy Morton. Realist Magic: Objects, Ontology, Causality

the new lenses will not suffer
from decay

the ultimate enhancement of human operativity

broken
shattered
disenchanted
are the old dreams of progress and achievement
as are the eyes of the ancient statues
looking right at you
ubiquously

the time of dogmas is long gone
why
and how
to question

the world

our lives
paced by the rythm of doubt
of uncertainty

body to body
object to object
we emerge
we meet
we vanish in thin air

it is a song
and it ends at its own beginning
